How does delivery work?

LoveBrocante is a marketplace bringing together the best of Brocante, Antique & Vintage products.
The delivery of each product is arranged directly by the seller that sold it. The delivery information for each item is displayed on each product page.

How much is delivery?

As every order is unique, the costs of delivery will vary depending on the size, weight, location and destination of your chosen items. When available, special delivery conditions such as fixed price or free delivery will be displayed on the relevant product pages. The costs of delivery may vary depending on access restrictions, or special requests from a buyer.

The costs of delivery will be displayed on the product page and the checkout page. Buyers can cancel the order and receive a full refund if the item has not been dispatched. If the buyer cancels an order after an item has already been dispatched for delivery, the costs of delivery are non-refundable.

Who pays for delivery?

The buyer pays for the costs of delivery, unless free delivery is offered for the item.

In case of a return, the costs of delivery (i.e. outbound delivery costs) are non-refundable, unless LoveBrocante finds that the item was damaged in transportation or determines the listing was inaccurate, misleading, or misrepresented the item.

Specifically, LoveBrocante and sellers cannot be held responsible if an item of furniture cannot gain access to, or does not fit in its intended space. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you measure all access areas prior to making a purchase.

LoveBrocante is not liable for any damages or loss sustained in transit via third parties.

How do I pay for delivery?

The costs of delivery is charged to the payment card used to make the purchase, this information will be displayed in your order confirmation email.

How long will it take?

Depending on your location, the size of the item and courier availability, the time to arrange and complete the delivery of your purchased item may vary. Please check with the seller for information on delivery times.

Please allow up to 3 working days before your delivery date is confirmed. The seller or their courier will contact you with delivery arrangements.
