If you are entirely unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Sellers have their own return policy so please check these before purchasing an item, you can check these on the product page or on the sellers shop page. 

If returning an item please make sure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once the seller receives the item, they will inspect it and notify you that they have received your returned item. We will promptly notify you on the status of your refund after the seller has inspected the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


If you feel the item was not as described, we will examine the listing and the case of your dispute. If we feel the seller did not describe the item correctly you will not be charged any shipping fees to return the item.
